Kalol Institute of Technology provides completely furnished hostel accommodation separately for the boys & girls. Hostel is inside the college campus in highly conducive atmosphere for research and studies. Care is taken to provide nutritious and hygienic food to all. The hostel wardens give good attention to every detail because they are present round the clock.
Every student from outstation can avail hostel facility. Hostels are surrounded by green open space which gives natural environment away from city.
Ragging is strictly prohibited and strict discipline maintained.
The Canteen & cafeteria is a great relief after the hard day's study for the students. It plays a vital role in removing tensions and refreshing students.
There is a separate space for the Canteen and Cafeteria in the college campus where high priority is given to maintain cleanliness and hygienic conditions. It is open throughout the day for student, faculty members, staff, and other visitors to the college campus.
A wide variety of Indian snacks and dishes are available. During lunch time, meals are available at very reasonable prices. A healthy variety of food is available for the students. The snacks, mini meals, drinks and juices available at the cafeteria cater to varied tastes of the students.
We are offering mess facility to our students and staff. The mess offers all meal i.e. breakfast, lunch and dinner to our students as well as staff. We are giving utmost importance to cleanliness and hygiene at mess.
There is regular check and monitoring on mess facility by the institute.
Games and sports play an important role in the personality development of students. It plays a key role to develop physical fitness, mental ability, physical agility, team spirit and the discipline among the students.
Right from the first year itself students are encouraged to take keen interest in various sports activities that are organized in the college.
We made Special efforts to develop indoor as well as outdoor facilities in the campus.
The institute has facilities for indoor games like Chess, Carom and Table Tennis as well as outdoor games like Cricket, Volleyball, and Badminton.
Every year the Annual Sports function is organized, where the students are encouraged to take part in a number of games and sports like Cricket, Volleyball, Badminton, Table-Tennis, Chess, and Carom etc.
We encourage our students by giving him prize, shield, memento and certificate.

A variety of services is available and a cadre of professional staff is always ready to assist you for completing projects, assignments and research. Digital Library Services
Library Automation:- Library is fully computerized with using SOUL2.0 software. All in house activities like circulation, cataloguing, serial control, OPAC etc. are being done with the use of software. Barcode reader and software helps to make entire house keeping activities very fast and accurate.
Reference:- There are various books that are the sources of information about different subjects. They include Encyclopedias, Dictionaries, Guides, books, Handbooks etc.
Circulation:- Remote Login, Status Check, OPAC Access, Reminder to user requests, Inter Library Loan, Direct Borrowing facility etc.
OPAC:- Online Public Access Catalogue is an online database of reading materials available in library. User can search a library catalogue principally to locate books and other reading materials which are physically located at library.
Inter Library Loan:- Inter Library Loan Facility is provided to the students and Faculty with the use.
Current Awareness Service:- We have made special notice board for this service. Here we display the good academic, scientific articles from news paper. Also display such non technical value added article. When a new article comes; old cutting is being filed subject wise in reference department for ready reference.
Question Papers:- Branch wise and semester wise question paper files are available physically as well on college FTP for the reference purpose of students.
Reading Facilities:- Reading area consists with air-condition and light. At a time more than 250 students can read in comfortable reading area.
Reprography:- Xerox facility is available near to library at the rate of no profits no loss.
Classification System:- We are using DDC 21th edition for classification. All the collection is classified as per DDC. We have also put the display of classification details (i.e. class number, subject heading, raw wise and column wise) at the every cupboard of stack area for ready reference of the students.

The workshop is the facility where mechanical engineering students get hands on training on all the machines used in industries for manufacturing.
The KIRC Workshop is pack and full with various production machinery and shops like Carpentry, pattern making, Fitting, Machine Shop, Welding, Tin Smithy , Black Smithy, Foundry, Plumbing. The modern machinery available in the workshop is,
The workshop is utilized for conducting First year practicals for all branch and Students of mechanical for practicals as per Gujarat Technological university curriculum.
The college has auditorium equipped with all the sound and mic systems as well as projectors for organizing events, seminars, cultural programs etc. They provide a platform to students to discover their hidden potential.

There is Adarsh Hospital situated in KIRC campus to provide medical related services. This hospital is easily accessible by various means of transport. A team of well-trained medical staff, non-medical staff and experienced clinical technicians work round-the-clock to offer various services. A team of doctors on board, including specialists are equipped with the knowledge and expertise for handling various types of medical cases.
A full fledged Transport department functions in the campus with buses to provide transport facility to students and staff from various places. This service is offered ensuring a hassle-free and safe transportation.

The AXIS BANK has installed Automated Teller Machines (ATM) at KIRC Campus. This ATM caters to the requirements of the students and the staff, and, since it is located in the campus, it saves their precious time and effort.
The Campus has a well equipped gym which offers round the clock service to students. The well maintained gym comprises of smith machine, breacher curls, arm machines, bench press, flat benches, bars, dumb-bells, plates, dip stands and many other modern exercise equipments.
